ABOUT ME

When I was very young I had a keen awareness that this reality was a simulation and  that the "real world" was the astral realms. I would experience, with full awareness, going out of body, talking to my Higher Self (the aspect of the Soul that is connected to the Human we are currently are embodying in THIS time and space) and playing in the astral and I would interact with loving aliens who existed in higher dimensions. This awareness was very peaceful for me. As I grew older I forgot about these experiences  and just knew I felt strangely different from everyone else around me. This was because I sensed and felt the non-physical but full disclosure of what this was/ meant was beyond my reach. Over time I feared I couldn't handle this reality and that I was going crazy. Panic and anxiety developed, rising higher and higher, leading to drug use and an eventual suicide attempted while I was in my 20s.  After suffering from debilitating miscarriages years later, I began a meditation practice to help heal my emotional wounds and connect to the son I had lost. This became the facilitator to my higher consciousness and remembering who I TRULY am. I learned that I am a starseed--an alien/cosmic soul (a soul that has experienced more lifetimes in higher dimensions as a non-human) and that I have powerful metaphysical abilities. I needed to heal from traumas I lived through in other lifetimes as well as this one in order to regain full reactivation these abilities, which continues to occur for me. ​My Ultimate MISSION in THIS lifetime as Sondra is to utilize my Soul EVOLUTION, my innate psychic abilities, and access to knowing I've gained from past lifetimes and this current lifetime to  assist humanity in Awakening to their Individual TRUTHS just as I have-- through non-judgement and Unconditional LOVE. ​
